However, scientists say that it is dangerous to drink this water. The reason? Well, they explain that because water is poor in sugar and proteins, the one that you drink in the morning has a different taste. In addition, during the night, the water left in the open absorbs some carbon dioxide, changing its composition.

You may wonder what has this  to do with the matter? The carbon dioxide transforms into carbonate or bicarbonate and lowers the pH level of water. If you are not fully convinced, think about all the dust and bacteria that enters your water… This should make you think twice before doing this again.
